o   Please note that all clients wishing to collect their phone from CDG Airport upon arrival must book their INSIDR service at least 48 hours before their arrival date.

o   If a client leaves CDG Airport directly, without collecting their phone and / or without contacting the INSIDR team, it is the client’s responsibility to rearrange an alternative phone delivery method with the INSIDR team. The client will be charged accordingly for their chosen alternative delivery method. The INSIDR team will keep the client’s phone for them for up to 24 hours after their phone rental start date. After this time, INSIDR reserves the right to use the device for another client.

-        For all flexible deliveries in Paris, it is the client’s responsibility to provide the INSIDR team with the correct delivery information (exact address, door codes, floor etc.) prior to their arrival in Paris. It is also the client’s responsibility to provide a valid contact number and / or email address when booking, so that the INSIDR team can contact the client if need be.

o   The INSIDR team carries out flexible deliveries in Paris between 8am and 8pm. Clients are kindly requested to respect this time frame when making their booking.

o   The INSIDR team delivers to addresses within Paris only (the postcode must start with 75 eg. 75001, 75002 etc.). All clients residing outside of central Paris are asked to select an alternative phone delivery method.

o   Phones are delivered by the INSIDR team’s courier service. If a client is staying at a hotel, their phone will be delivered to their hotel’s reception desk prior to their arrival. It will thus be ready for collection upon arrival. If a client is not staying at a hotel, their phone will be delivered to their door by a courier. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the INSIDR team of their arrival (and provide all of the necessary information on finding them – exact address, door codes, floor, etc.) in order to have their phone delivered. The INSIDR team’s courier service will deliver the phone within 30 minutes of receiving the client’s arrival information.

o   If a client’s arrival is delayed, it is the client’s responsibility to contact the INSIDR team to let them know, and to reschedule a phone delivery time / date. If an alternative phone delivery method is necessary, the client will be charged accordingly.

The INSIDR team will keep the client’s phone for them for up to 24 hours after their phone rental start date. After this time, INSIDR reserves the right to use the device for another client.

-        Clients collecting their INSIDR phone from one of our collection points within Paris are requested to do so within the opening hours of each respective collection point (noted in the FAQ section of the INSIDR website). Clients must present their booking invoice, as well as a valid form of ID in order to collect their device at a collection point.

o   All phones not collected within the designated time will be returned to the INSIDR office at the end of the day. It is the client’s responsibility to rearrange a phone delivery option, and they will be charged accordingly.

o   If a client does not come to collect their phone on their rental start date, it is their responsibility to get in touch with the INSIDR team. The INSIDR team will keep the client’s phone for them for up to 24 hours after their phone rental start date. After this time, INSIDR reserves the right to use the device for another client.

-        Clients that have chosen “Postage in France” as their phone delivery method, will be able to collect their device from their nearest Chronopost point relais (collection point) on their phone rental start date. Having experienced issues in the past with phones getting lost when sent directly to hotels / apartments, INSIDR will not send a phone directly to a client’s address, but to a point relais. The INSIDR team will select the nearest point relais to the client’s address in France, and where possible, this will be within walking distance.

o   If a client does not collect their phone on their rental start date, it is their responsibility to get in touch with the INSIDR team. The point relais will keep the client’s phone for them for up to 24 hours after their phone rental start date. After this time, the phone will be sent back to the INSIDR office.
