Underground restaurant in Paris
Freegan Pony is a squat restaurant located near La villette in the North East of Paris. This restaurant practises Freeganism and are completely against food wastage by big companies and recover the food that would be thrown out my the big food market at Rungis just outside of Paris. It serves delicious vegetarian food without a fixed price - you pay what you want for it. They also have a Freegan Pony Facebook page where you can check them out.

Underground Museums and Art spaces
One of the places to go to see up and coming artists is Le 6b in Saint-Denis, along the Canal Saint-Denis. Once an office building, this space now hosts artists studios, a movie theatre, an incredible canteen where you can get a full meal for 6€ and every year Le 6b hosts a huge summer outdoor festival with great parties and events called La Fabrique à Rêves!

La générale near Metro Voltaire in the North East of Paris is an underground Art Center where you'll be able to discover the new French Artistic scene. La générale is an ephemeral space temporarily located in Paris. It won't stay there for long as they are squats so check out all the exhibitions while they are there.

UNDERGROUND PARTY SCENE
LE POINT ÉPHÉMÈRE
Le Point Éphémère is an arts centre, bar and club located in a former construction shop at the end of Canal Saint Martin. Usually very popular you can come here for barbecues on their large terrace or have a drink and a dance for not a lot of money. It hosts various exhibitions and concerts.

Grand Train is a cool space hosted in an old warehouse of the the French train company SNCF. Self-described as bizarre, free and curious place, it hosts all different kinds of events to take part in. Perfect for families during the day time and adventure friends and clubbers during the evening! It really is unique and definitely worth a visit to see what it's all about.

Café Chérie located in Belleville has a large outdoor space with tables and chairs great for an afternoon break or a late evening drink! At the weekend this café turns into a trendy club in Paris, perfect for a dance and more drinks. The club has a really bad DJ on the weekends but it's part of the charm about the place and is an ongoing inside joke among the locals.
Open Monday-Friday from 12pm-2am, Open on a Saturday from 10am-2am and a Sunday from 3pm-12am!
