TRAVEL TO REIMS FROM PARIS
In 1 hour and 45 minutes from the center of Paris you can reach the center of Reims by car. Take the A4 from Paris and exit for "Reims-Centre/Trinquex" (number 22). It is best to leave your car parked at the train station and walk into Reims from there as parking in the city is limited and the roads are narrow!
By purchasing tickets on sncf.com or in the Paris Est train station you will be able to arrive directly in Reims from Paris in only 45 minutes. One way tickets are usually around 20€ each way, and booking in advance is advised as prices do rise nearer to your travel date. Once arriving in Reims at the train station, you can walk or take a bus into Reims in 5-10 minutes. If you need a map of the city or extra information on the city, the Reims tourism office is just outside the train station and is very helpful!
TOURS OF THE CHAMPAGNE REGION
The world-renonwed champagne house Moet & Chandon is located in Epernay, a 35 minute drive or direct train from Reims. Both cities and multiple champagne tours are doable in one day so if you want to visit Moet & Chandon in addition to the famous champagne houses in Reims, you absolutely can!

CHAMPAGNE TASTING IN THE CITY OF REIMS
If you are looking for a day full of history at a prestigious estate, visit the Pommery estate in Reims and its neighbor the Villa Demoiselle. After a scenic 20 minute walk from the Reims cathedral you will easily reach the Pommery estate to taste Pommery champagne. Vranken-Pommery Monopole is currently the largest producer of rosé in the world and the second largest producer of champagne in the world. The Villa Demoiselle nearby is a mansion that has been converted into a museum and is a lovely beginning or ending to a champagne tasting where you can discover the story behind this historic residence and champagne estate.
